Why Now?
Pretty Ricky dreams are very slim with me but the last two days I've had two of the oddest dreams ever and they seem to happen early in the morning between 3 & 5 am.
Saturday
Pretty Ricky was doing their radio show that they do every saturday on chillFM. The show was going like it normally does but after one of the commercial breaks they introduced the new media department to the listeners. I woke up after that so I don't know what happened after that.
Sunday (Today)
Okay Pretty Ricky was premiering their new video for their song "Tipsy" and again the new media department was there (not saying it was odd) but they were on the set with the boys. They were in the video or something don't remember or they were making an appearance on set. They also pop up on camera with the boys during the premier of the video. I woke up before the end of the dream so I don't know what happened after that.

Business W/No Business
I've been told many times I don't do anything for myself. I'm always stressed out and frustrated with everything with both my online & real life because they conflict with each other. School is winding down but I still have a lot of things I need to do. Promo is so disconnected for me because I can't hook up with my cousin. the last two times I went to visit my grandma she wasn't there. She has one of my cameras and the only way I can contact her is through myspace and I can't even do that if she's not around a computer to reply back to me when I need to find out what's going on with her side of the promo. I haven't been loyal to BST Bluestar Street Team either which conflicts even more because personality wise street promo is hard for me to do due to my shyness.
On top of all of this, DSC (Down 4 Slick Crew) is on the verge of coming back but it's still not completely together either. I avoid everything with it but last night our meeting went better than I planned that's one positive out of all the negative things that are going on in my life with all this stuff I've been doing for Pretty Ricky and the bluestars.
Puts head down, I'm still struggling with school too and finals are coming up and two of four classes are for sure going to get passed. I have a project to do that I've known about for two and a half weeks and I barely have anything done on it and I have to turn it on Monday.
This summer I will attempt to do something for myself. I really want to go to Miami after I finish school for the semester on May 22. Three months of vacation and probably spending most of it in boring Sacramento, California.

Odd Dream
This dream still doesn't make any sense to me. Okay it was some kind of concert and Pretty Ricky was My Body by LSG for some odd reason I don't know why. It kind of shocked me or maybe they were coming into that song seriously it really caught me off guard when I woke up after it. I was in the front row at the concert too or somewhere near the front by the stage.

The true Definition of Me
What defines me?
The shy and quiet virgo. Still residing in northern california (sacramento) with my parents. Farthest place I've been to is Japan when I was around three years old. I've been to canada before as well. I don't travel that often unless its with my family.
I've been an online promoter since 2003. I've done promo for Fizz and Boog Inc (F.B.I.) then gradually grew into promoting for pretty ricky and the bluestars through Worldwide Effect Promotions. Now I'm apart of the Bluestar Street Team.
I lack a lot of the traits for the job I've taken now. I feel that I can come out of my shell and make this work but I've stalled for so long and there aren't a lot of recruits here in cali because of my personality I think. I come up with ways to do it but i can't go towards what i set forth with my intentions.
who do I want to meet?
well I've met Pretty Ricky on two occasions but they really didn't turn out good for me. I always shy away from approaching them when with a few inches of them. I feel that I wouldn't even be able to talk to them on the phone too.
I also want to meet the rest of the bluestars. Specifically Butta Crèame and my boys 100 Grand (Kayso & Finesse). I already had an experience with one-third of meat and bones during the late night special tour C. Milly. That didn't turn out too well for me.

it seems like everyone that meets me thinks I'm hella young. I'm talking about 14-16 years old. I used to get twelve while I was in high school. I look young and everything but I really feel out of place when people I don't know tell me I look 12.

Business & Pleasure
As everyone has told me, I don't do anything for myself. I'm a full time student at a university (yes that means school is a major priority in my life) and I do promo for the bluestars online and starting in the streets. So yes I don't have any leisure time. I have papers poems and other stuff to write for school as well as read for school.
Promo has been my life since 2003 so yes I've been a promo person online mainly but it will be a street promoter from here on out. Basketball games this week and for the next two I think. Maybe even a concert here and there depending on how much money I have and if I feel up to going.
My life is actually long and drawn out with very few hours of sleep at night. At most two to four hours and that doesn't help me with anything I want to do during the day time hours. My life is what it is and when I say I'm tired I really am. I wake up early every day of the week sunday through saturday for no reason at all but lie around in bed until I feel like getting up knowing I have a dog to feed and homework to do along with doing promo.
Promotion is the biggest thing in my life besides school and my family. It is also a problem as well because I'm so shy. Yes I'm shy for those that don't know me personally or haven't talked to me before on the phone. I have to get this promo together here in California. I'm going to get the radio stations involved here in Sac first then hopefully I'll move up to the bay area then stockton and modesto stations as well then to central and southern California.

Promo Problems
So I attempted to jump start last night but I still don't have a camera or still don't have a way to transfer pictures from my phone to my laptop =|. I'm going to talk with my cousin though tonight to see if she wants to really help me out with promo and see if I can hook up with her this weekend sometime to get some promo done in davis or here in sac.
Besides the camera issue I'm also afraid to just ask people if they'll help me out. I'm going to also get things straight tomorrow with my laptop and internet at school since it still won't connect to the network at school.
things to do to enchance promo here in cali
get out to high schools (starting with sac high tomorrow then next week at galt high)
hit up colleges (starting with Sac State then hopefully spreading out to other city colleges and universities in the area)
Radio Stations (starting locally with 102.5 & 103.5 possibly even 107.9 right here in sac)
Clubs (I'll start going out to some on weekends)
Parties (keep in touch with radio stations or see what's going on with the frats and sororities at my schools and other colleges locally here in cali)
Major Events (black expo is this weekend I'm going to see if I'm going to go to it. as for other events I'm going to enter as a bomb vip from now on and see if I get a call back I'll also enter 102.5's contests to meet artists too)
conventions (don't know of any that come through sac)
concerts (I'm going to look it up on ticketmaster.com)
digital cam still needed for pictures and/or videos for proof or get multimedia messaging back on my phone (whichever one comes first)

Pretty Ricky
Pretty Ricky is and will always be my favorite group. I've been behind them since the beginning in 2005 and they have grown a lot since 2005. They have gone through so many trials and tribulations with labels and member changes. I love the new member of the group as well Lingerie. Lingerie is talented sweet and kind.
